Built a fully custom ERP platform unifying procurement, inventory, order management, financials, and vendor relations for a multi-location distribution company — replacing a patchwork of spreadsheets and legacy tools.

The Challenge
Iberiaco, a growing import and distribution company operating across multiple warehouses, was running critical operations on a mix of Excel spreadsheets, aging desktop software, and disconnected email threads. Purchase orders were tracked manually, inventory counts were inaccurate, financial reporting took two weeks to close each month, and there was no real-time visibility into stock levels across locations. As volume grew, errors multiplied — duplicate orders, missed shipments, and reconciliation headaches were costing the business significant time and money. They needed a unified system built around their specific workflows, not an off-the-shelf product that required adapting their operations to fit software.
Our Approach
We kicked off with a process-mapping Discovery phase, interviewing operations, finance, purchasing, and warehouse staff to document every workflow. From this we produced a detailed system specification and database schema. We built the ERP as a web application with role-based access: a procurement module for purchase order creation and vendor management, a real-time inventory engine tracking stock across all warehouse locations, a sales order module with fulfillment tracking and customer invoicing, a financial dashboard for AR/AP, margin analysis, and monthly close reporting, and a vendor portal for suppliers to acknowledge POs and submit shipping notices. We delivered in milestone phases so the team could begin using and validating real modules before the full system was complete.
